1.与浙食链完成数据集成,打通浙食链交易溯源信息。
因为东日农批市场是外省农产品进入省内进行交易的几个重要源头集散地之一,所以通过将本数据集数据(包含农批市场交易双方的交易信息,商品检测信息以及商品报备信息)同步给浙食链后,就自动完成了农产品在省内流通的起始信息登记和流转信息的保存,无需再手工将上述信息录入浙食链。后续农贸市场或者食材配送公司则可通过该交易数据直接在浙食链中将商品信息继续向下游流转,保障了浙食链中食品溯源信息从农产品进入省内开始就可以完整追溯。
2.与外省数据结合,形成全国食品信息溯源。
本数据集数据完成了农产品在浙江省内流通的起始信息登记和流转信息的保存,拥有其他省份食品流转信息的企业可以依据本数据将不同省份间同一件食品的流转信息串联,实现全国范围内食品信息溯源。
3.数据链溯源完整性。
市场经营户通过市场自有app农商通报备进货农产品上游供应商信息,在农产品进入市场销售之前完成上游供应商信息采集,为数据链完整性提供保障,其中上游供应商支持全国范围内以及浙江省、温州市供应商企业。再结合下游采购商在市场发生的交易数据,形成上下游完整链条,为买卖方提供溯源依据。通过现场对农产品采样并送检市场检测中心以及市场电子秤交易过程中通过物联网技术,完成农残检测与交易数据的采集,并使用基于规则的匹配算法实现市场农产品交易数据A集合与检测数据B集合通过三个关键字段卖方编码、商品编码、交易日期完全相等时实现两个系统数据自动匹配 关联,为买卖方提供电子版检测报告及关联交易数据。该模型的输入包括市场的电子秤交易系统、农残检测系统和app农商通三套自建系统产生数据,其中电子秤交易系统的交易数据关键字段为卖方编码、卖方名称、卖方手机、买方编码、买方名称、买方手机、码放卡号、商品编号、交易日期、产地;检测系统和农商通的检测数据关键字段为卖方编码、商品编号、检测日期、检测结果(0-合格 1-不合格)、检测项目、检测机构、供应商。通过对A={卖方编码、交易日期、商品编号},B={卖方编码、检测日期、商品编号}两个集合的三个关键字段完全相等的匹配原则实现交易系统数据与检测系统数据实现一一对应关联,将匹配数据重新整合为一条完整的溯源数据为买卖方提供电子版检测报告。本数据将相同商品不同销售阶段的数据进行匹配,实现了全国范围内省市区县等产地的商品的全流程销售溯源。
1. Complete data integration with the Zhejiang Food Traceability Chain, and connect its transaction and traceability information.
Dongri Agricultural Wholesale Market is one of the several important origin distribution hubs for foreign-province agricultural products entering Zhejiang for transactions. By synchronizing the data of this dataset (including transaction information of both parties in the wholesale market, product testing information and product registration information) to the Zhejiang Food Traceability Chain, the initial information registration and circulation information preservation of agricultural products during their circulation within Zhejiang can be automatically completed, eliminating the need to manually input the aforementioned information into the chain. Subsequent farmers' markets or food distribution companies can directly use this transaction data to continue circulating product information downstream on the Zhejiang Food Traceability Chain, ensuring that the food traceability information in the chain can be fully traced from the moment agricultural products enter Zhejiang.
2. Combine with data from other provinces to form national-level food information traceability.
This dataset has completed the initial information registration and circulation information preservation of agricultural products during their circulation within Zhejiang. Enterprises that hold food circulation information from other provinces can use this data to connect the circulation information of the same food product across different provinces, realizing national-level food information traceability.
3. Traceability integrity of the data chain.
Market operators can register the upstream supplier information of purchased agricultural products through the market's self-owned app Nongshangtong, and collect upstream supplier information before agricultural products are sold in the market, ensuring the integrity of the data chain. The upstream suppliers cover enterprises across the country, as well as those in Zhejiang Province and Wenzhou City. Combined with the transaction data of downstream purchasers in the market, a complete upstream and downstream chain is formed, providing traceability basis for both buyers and sellers.
By collecting samples of agricultural products on-site and sending them to the market testing center, and collecting pesticide residue detection and transaction data through Internet of Things technology during the market's electronic scale transaction process, a rule-based matching algorithm is used to automatically match and associate the data of the two systems when the three key fields (seller code, product code, transaction date) of the market's agricultural product transaction data set A and detection data set B are completely equal. This provides buyers and sellers with electronic test reports and associated transaction data.
The input of this model includes data generated by three self-built systems of the market: electronic scale transaction system, pesticide residue detection system and Nongshangtong App. The key fields of transaction data in the electronic scale transaction system include seller code, seller name, seller mobile phone, buyer code, buyer name, buyer mobile phone, card number, product number, transaction date and origin; the key fields of detection data in the detection system and Nongshangtong App include seller code, product number, detection date, detection result (0 - qualified, 1 - unqualified), detection items, testing institution and supplier.
By matching the three completely equal key fields of set A={seller code, transaction date, product number} and set B={seller code, detection date, product number}, the transaction system data and detection system data are associated one-to-one, and the matched data is reorganized into a complete traceability data to provide electronic test reports for buyers and sellers. This data matches the data of the same product in different sales stages, realizing the full-process sales traceability of products from origin places such as provinces, cities, districts and counties across the country.
