为了建立三亚站长期监测本底数据库，便于生态系统的研究利用，对三亚湾海域12个观测站点每季度进行一次，通过黑白瓶法/同位素示踪法，进行海湾浮游植物初级生产力调查
To establish a long-term monitoring baseline database for Sanya Station and facilitate research and utilization of the marine ecosystem, quarterly surveys on phytoplankton primary productivity in Sanya Bay are conducted at 12 observation stations using the black-and-white bottle method and isotope tracing method.
