Gentoo ASOCT

Part of a collection contains raw data obtained from in vivo and post mortem examination of the eyes of little penguins (Eudyptula minor) from Auckland, New Zealand, as well as captive king (Aptenodytes patagonicus) and gentoo penguins (Pygoscelis papua) descended from animals living on South Georgia. Included are A & B ultrasound recordings, corneal topography, photographs taken during keratoscopy, anterior segment optical coherence tomography scans and recordings made of the pupil of king, little and gentoo penguins.

本数据集隶属于某数据集集合，包含新西兰奥克兰地区小企鹅（Eudyptula minor）眼部的活体与死后解剖原始数据，以及亲本种群栖息于南乔治亚岛的圈养王企鹅（Aptenodytes patagonicus）与巴布亚企鹅（Pygoscelis papua）的眼部原始数据。本次收录的数据包括A超与B超影像记录、角膜地形图、角膜镜检查实拍照片、眼前节光学相干断层扫描影像，以及王企鹅、小企鹅与巴布亚企鹅的瞳孔记录。
