Sanye Tablet Improve Insulin Resistance and Lipid Metabolism Disorder by Regulating Gut Microecology and SCFAs Production in diabetic mice

Diabetes is closely related to the dysbiosis of gut microbiota. Sanye Tablet is a prescription used to treat pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes in China. However, the potential mechanism underlying the anti-diabetic effect of Sanye Tablet remains unknown. This study aims to establish the therapeutic effects and elucidate the pharmacological mechanism of Sanye Tablet in improving glucose and lipid metabolism via regulating gut microbiota.
