This dataset contains public disclosure information of the handling results of self-declaration (acceptance without requiring headshot photos) for enterprise name change applications in Dongguan City over the years. Collected for the administrative service case result work of Dongguan City, it gathers the unique case number assigned by the system, processing time and final outcome during the case handling procedure, and conducts data cleaning and standardization in compliance with the "Guangdong Government Service Network Case Process Data Collection Specification". If detailed data of such case handling records is required for usage, it shall be subject to the data linked by each respective department.
