Biodiversity education in three Shoalhaven priority target areas

This project aims to build a sustainable and resilient community based conservation program through strengthening the volunteer network across the south coast region - continuing support (program coordination and nest protection equipment), training opportunities (recruiting new volunteer's and up skilling of existing volunteer's), providing for information sharing and feedback (workshops and website) and educating the wider community to support the volunteer efforts (community presentations, kids activities, dogs breakfast events).

本项目旨在通过强化南海岸地区的志愿者网络，打造可持续且富有韧性的社区型保护项目，具体工作包含以下内容：一是持续提供支持，涵盖项目协调与巢穴保护设备供给；二是开展培训赋能，为招募新志愿者及提升现有志愿者专业技能提供培训机会；三是搭建信息共享与反馈渠道，依托研讨会与官方网站实现信息互通与反馈互动；四是面向广大社区开展科普教育，通过社区宣讲、儿童互动活动、狗狗早餐公益活动等形式，助力志愿者工作的开展。
