PXRD data of the La1-xCex/2Cax/2 solid solution produced by solid state and co-precipitation synthesis

These datasets were recorded on a laboratory powder X-ray machine. The fundamental parameters are given in the input files. Rietveld refinement was carried out in the Topas software.

本数据集均通过实验室粉末X射线衍射仪采集得到，其基础参数已在输入文件中列明。本次分析已采用TOPAS软件完成里特维尔德精修（Rietveld refinement）。
