To investigate the effect of GAPDH from Lactobacillus gasseri (LGp40) and Clostridium difficile (CDp40) in HDM challenged bone marrow derived macrophage (BMDM), BMDMs were pre-cultured with 10 ug/mL of LGp40 or CDp40 for 6 hours, and then re-stimulated with 100 ug/mL of HDM for another 6 hours. Afterward, harvested cells were washed twice with sterile PBS, and were then directly prepared for cDNA amplification and RNA-Seq library construction.
