The eastern part falls within the scope of the development plan “Ortskern Süd” of 1981, the western part is in the area of the development plan “Ortskern Süd Part I”.基于XPlanung 5.0标准的泽尔巴赫（Seelbach）市镇"南镇中心——第三次修订版"（Ortskern Süd — 3rd change）开发规划方案的WFS服务。规划说明：本次规划范围涵盖地块31、33、34、34/2、37/2、37/3。其中东部区域纳入1981年版"南镇中心"开发规划方案的管控范畴，西部区域则属于"南镇中心第一部分"开发规划方案的覆盖范围。
