OrthoDB v9 (odb9) Lineage Datasets for BUSCO v3 and HapSolo

Complete preservation copy of all 44 OrthoDB v9 (odb9) lineage datasets, originally distributed by the Zdobnov Lab at the University of Geneva for use with BUSCO v3. These datasets are no longer available from the original source (busco.ezlab.org). To our knowledge, this is the only remaining public mirror. Compatible Software BUSCO v3 — Benchmarking Universal Single-Copy Orthologs for genome, transcriptome, and proteome completeness assessment HapSolo — BUSCO-guided haplotig purging for genome assembly curation Note: These odb9 datasets are NOT compatible with BUSCO v4 or later, which require odb10 lineage datasets. Contents 44 lineage-specific tar.gz archives (~3.6 GB total) covering eukaryotes (animals, fungi, plants, protists) and prokaryotes (bacteria). Each file can be downloaded individually. SHA-256 checksums are provided for integrity verification.
