It serves government comprehensive businesses, and supports such businesses as urban operation management, emergency command and people's livelihood services. Focusing on operation monitoring, collaborative command, simulation-based decision-making and open services, it comprehensively perceives the urban operation status and realizes the functions of panoramic command centers such as daily urban operation management and emergency linkage command for public emergencies.
