The data set first gives the schematic diagram, microstructure diagram and physical image of the silver nanowire film air heater, then gives the time response and temperature humidity relationship of the silver nanowire air heater, and finally gives the particle monitoring data of the particle detector assisted by the silver nanowire film air heater with different resistance.

本数据集首先提供了银纳米线薄膜空气加热器（silver nanowire film air heater）的示意图、显微结构图像与实物图像；随后给出了该银纳米线空气加热器的时间响应与温湿度关系；最后提供了搭载不同阻值银纳米线薄膜空气加热器的粒子探测器的粒子监测数据。
