We built an experimental setup for super-resolution multi-color microscopic ghost imaging. The raw data were recorded by the camera. Then properly reconstruction algorithm was selected for image reconstruction. Figure 1 shows the GISC-SIM imaging system, diagram of spatial resolution improvement, and diagram of temporal resolution improvement of multicolor SIM imaging. Figure 2 presents the scheme of the multicolor fluorescence microscopic imaging system. Figure 3 shows the determination of imaging spatial resolution using 100-nm fluorescent beads. Figure 4 shows the super-resolution imaging of fluorescent samples. Figure 5 shows the three-color imaging results of fluorescent beads. Figure shows the three-color imaging results of a crosscut of corn stalk attached to different fluorescent beads using wide-field, Wiener-SIM, Sparse-SIM, and GISC-SIM.
