探討我國有關性侵害犯刑後強制治療規範之變革，以及建構刑後強制治療規範相關疑慮之檢討並提出改進建議。
This dataset focuses on exploring the evolution of regulatory norms regarding post-sentence compulsory treatment for sexual offenders in this country, as well as conducting a review of the concerns associated with such post-sentence compulsory treatment norms and putting forward targeted improvement suggestions.
