Metagenomics (Domain: Archaea2).. Uyuni_archaea2

This experiment tries to identify and analyze the diversity and structure of microbial community and ecology of samples from the hyper saline environment of Uyuni saltpan, in Daniel Campos Province (Potosi Department, SW Bolivia). In a previous experiment, the sequenced reads showed relatively low qualities, so we decided to repeat the sequencing run. This experiment constitute the analysis of this last sequencing run.
