A spatial database containing data on internationally protected areas in the Republic of Croatia. Some areas in the Republic of Croatia are part of international networks of protected areas declared through different programmes or conventions to which we are signatories:

• UNESCO World Heritage Areas;

• The UNESCO Man and the Biosphere Programme; and

• World Geoparks (UNESCO Global Geoparks)

• List of internationally valuable wetlands (The Convention on Wetlands — the Ramsar Convention)

本数据集源自克罗地亚地理门户网站Geoportal NIPP（http://geoportal.nipp.hr/hr）。该空间数据库（spatial database）收录克罗地亚共和国国际保护地相关数据。克罗地亚共和国境内部分区域属于我国作为缔约方所参与的各类规划与公约认定的国际保护地网络成员，具体涵盖：
• 联合国教育、科学及文化组织（UNESCO）世界遗产地；
• 联合国教科文组织人与生物圈计划（Man and the Biosphere Programme）保护区；
• 世界地质公园（UNESCO Global Geoparks）
• 国际重要湿地名录（依据《湿地公约》——拉姆萨尔公约）
