Protection forest — servitude A7 — in the Alpes de Haute-Provence

The following may be classified as protective forests, for reasons of public utility: — forests the conservation of which is recognised as necessary for the maintenance of land on mountains and slopes, for protection against avalanches, erosions and flooding of waters and sands; — woods and forests, regardless of their owners, located on the periphery of large agglomerations, as well as in areas where maintenance is required, either for ecological reasons or for the well-being of the population.出于公共效用的考量，下列森林可归类为防护林： —— 为维持山地与坡地的土地稳定性、防范雪崩、土壤侵蚀以及水沙泛滥而被认定有必要实施保护的森林； —— 无论权属归属，位于大型城市群周边，或因生态维护需求、保障民众福祉而需要开展管护的林地与森林区域。
