abr_data.csv:实验音频回放采集的数据集。各字段说明如下:
视频ID(Video_ID):带有检测标记的视频片段;
ABR编号(ABR#):自动化行为响应系统(Automated Behavioral Response System)设备编号;
观测日期(Date):数据采集的观测日期;
观测时间(Time):数据采集的观测时间;
音频类型(Audio_type):发声刺激处理方案;
二级音频类型(Audio_type2):发声刺激处理方案,可区分大象的隆隆声与喇叭声;
捕获物种(Animal_captured):视频中记录的动物物种;
个体数量(Individuals#):视频中出现的动物总数(以及可进行行为评分的个体数);若可评分个体数大于1,则对观测结果取平均值;
群体规模(group):视频中单个动物群体的个体总数;
视频片段时长(Video_Length):视频片段的总时长;
延迟时长(Delay Length):触发信号至发声刺激播放之间的时间间隔;
保护区(Reserve):观测所在的保护区;
S坐标(S):自动化行为响应系统(Automated Behavioral Response System)设备的南向坐标;
E坐标(E):自动化行为响应系统(Automated Behavioral Response System)设备的东向坐标;
观测样地(plot):本次观测的样地;
奔跑行为标记(Run):视频中是否观测到奔跑行为(0=未观测到,1=观测到);
处理前警戒时长(Pre_Alert):发声刺激处理方案播放前,动物保持警戒的总时长;
处理前非警戒时长(Pre_Not_alert):发声刺激处理方案播放前,动物未保持警戒的总时长;
处理前总时长(Total_Pre):发声刺激处理方案播放前的总观测时长;
处理前警戒时长占比(Prop_Alert_Pre):发声刺激处理方案播放前,警戒时长占总观测时长的比例;
处理后警戒时长(Post_Alert):发声刺激处理方案播放期间及播放后,动物保持警戒的总时长;
处理后非警戒时长(Post_Not_alert):发声刺激处理方案播放期间及播放后,动物未保持警戒的总时长;
处理后总时长(Total_Post):发声刺激处理方案播放期间及播放后的总观测时长;
处理后警戒时长占比(Prop_Alert_Post):发声刺激处理方案播放期间及播放后,警戒时长占总观测时长的比例;
数据分析脚本(Fletcher_etal_code.R):用于本次数据分析的R脚本;
本次分析采用广义线性混合模型(Generalized Linear Mixed Models),用于检验发声刺激处理方案对动物奔跑行为发生概率以及警戒时长占比的影响。
