Community and public health medicine in Norway - Survey 1994, 1999 and 2002

Survey with public health physicians in municipal employment: from 510 to 590 per year (1994, 1999 and 2002), and 170-190 which had left their positions (1999 and 2002)

The objective of this study was to describe and explore the local public health's work and framework over time, in relation to workload, work content and mobility in the labor market. Furthermore, how were primary physicians' tasks prioritized before and after implementation of the GP scheme, with special emphasis on the compound preventive health care in the municipalities.

面向市政雇员体系内公共卫生医师的调研：1994、1999及2002年的在职调研对象年均为510至590人；1999与2002年的调研还纳入了170至190名已离职的原公共卫生医师。本研究旨在随时间维度描述并探析地方公共卫生的工作开展模式与体系框架，结合其工作负荷、工作内容及劳动力市场流动性展开分析。此外，本研究还探讨了全科医师（General Practitioner, GP）制度实施前后基层医师的任务优先级排序情况，并特别聚焦于市政辖区内的复合型预防保健服务。
