This repository contains precomputed and transformed Enformer scores mapped to GTEx tissues. The CAGE tracks were aggregated and mapped to GTEx tissues using a regularized linear model. AbExp uses these scores to predict the variant effect of genetic variants located in promoter regions. hg19: all protein-coding transcripts hg38: all canonical protein-coding transcripts
