Plant and microbial community composition jointly determine moorland multifunctionality

The first dataset (MFM_data_alpha.csv) is to analyse the relationships among a range of measures of plant and microbial α diversity and composition (plant/fungal/bacterial richness, plant/fungal/bacterial MDS1 and MDS2, plant FD α, and plant CWMs of each trait), environmental factors (soil moisture, air temperature, EC, pH, and moss cover), and each of the ecosystem functions/ecosystem multifunctionality. The second dataset (MFM_data_beta.csv) is to analyse  how plant taxonomic and functional β diversity, microbial (taxonomic) β diversity, environmental distance, and geographic distance affect the dissimilarity of ecosystem multifunctionality between plots.
