Data for "Irrigation estimates and associated uncertainty for maize fields across Europe from ensemble AquaCrop simulations"

This repository contains the LIS configuration files and the irirgation output related to the submission to the Journal of Advances in Modeling Earth Systems entitled "Irrigation estimates and associated uncertainty for maize fields across Europe from ensemble AquaCrop simulations". The LIS configuration files can be run using the following branch of NASA-LISF: https://github.com/lbusschaert/LISF/tree/working/ac72_irr_ensembles. This source code is also available in this repository. The irrigation data is structured per experiment (det, ens1, ens2, ens3) as described in the publication. The data is structure in annual netcdf files (compressed) with daily irrigation estimates in mm/day with their associated uncertainties for ens1, ens2, ens3 derived from the ensemble.
