Kuiyangling inhibits inflammation by reducing intestinal NETs in mice with ulcerative colitis

To explore the molecular mechanism of the the Traditional Chinese Medicine compound Kuiyangling on the mouse ulcer model. Overall design: In this study, we constructed a male mouse model of ulcerative colitis by drinking 3% DSS freely. The mice were divided into normal group, model group, 10 g/kg group of Kuiyangling, and 50 mg/kg group of mesalazine. The experimental period is 7 days. On the 7th day, all mice were killed and intestinal mucosa tissues were collected for sequencing. Two animals were selected from each group for repeated sequencing.
