VCGLR - Gaming Expenditure by Venue (Point) July 2018 - December 2018

Released bi-annually, this data set provides information relating to the total expenditure at each gaming venue for the first 6 months of the 2018/19 financial year. It includes venue classification and the allocation of electronic gaming machines (EGMs) throughout Victoria.\n\nFor more information visit the [Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation's (VCGLR) website](https://www.vcglr.vic.gov.au).\n\nChanges in trading name:\n\n * LONDON TAVERN changed name to The CAMDEN TOWN HOTEL in August 2018.\n\n * YALLOURN BOWLING CLUB changed name to NEWBOROUGH BOWLING CLUB in June 2018.\n\n * LEIGHOAK changed name to MVRC LEIGHOAK CLUB in July 2018.\n\n * CITY FAMILY HOTEL changed from Hotel to Club.\n\n * EAST MALVERN RSL ceased trading in October 2018.\n\n * CLUB TIVOLI ceased trading in Novemeber 2018.\n\nPlease note:\n\n * AURIN has spatially enabled the [original data](https://www.vcglr.vic.gov.au/resources/data-and-research/gambling-data/gaming-expenditure-venue) through joining it with gaming venue locations from the VCGLR's [interactive map of Victoria's gaming venues](https://geomaps.vcglr.vic.gov.au/Gaming/) extracted on the 8th of March 2019. Therefore venues that have either changed their trading name or cease to exist as of the 8th of March 2019 will not be included in this dataset, despite being active in the year expenditure was recorded. \n\n * EGM Numbers: Average number of operating EGM's at the gaming venue during the month. This figure is consistent with the average entitlement applied to the EGM as per tax calculation.\n

* 2018年8月，伦敦酒馆（LONDON TAVERN）更名为卡姆登镇酒店（THE CAMDEN TOWN HOTEL）。
