Expression data from Saccharomyces cerevisiae

Saccharomyces cerevisiae is an excellent microorganism for industrial succinic acid production, but high succinic acid concentration will inhibit the growth of Saccharomyces cerevisiae then reduce the production of succinic acid. Through analysis the transcriptomic data of Saccharomyces cerevisiae with different genetic backgrounds under different succinic acid stress, we hope to find the response mechanism of Saccharomyces cerevisiae to succinic acid.酿酒酵母（Saccharomyces cerevisiae）是工业生产琥珀酸的优良微生物，但高浓度琥珀酸会抑制酿酒酵母的生长，进而降低琥珀酸的产量。本研究通过分析不同遗传背景的酿酒酵母在不同琥珀酸胁迫条件下的转录组数据，旨在阐明酿酒酵母应对琥珀酸的响应机制。
