Analyzing the Accessibility of GitHub Repositories for PyPI and NPM Libraries

The dataset contains valid GitHub repository URLs of PyPI and NPM libraries and reasons for invalid URLs. In this context, a valid URL is confirmed by an HTTP error code 200 and conforms syntactically to a standard GitHub URL scheme. Reasons for invalid reason can be among the following:No URL assigned at all404 status code returned by ecosystem endpoints404 or other GitHub related status codesUse of private or unknown CMSUse of GitLab or BitBucket as CMSMalformed CMS URL

本数据集收录了Python包索引（PyPI）与Node包管理器（NPM）软件包对应的有效GitHub仓库URL，以及各无效URL的失效原因。
在此语境下，有效URL需同时满足两项判定标准：一是HTTP响应状态码为200，二是语法层面符合标准GitHub URL规范。
无效URL的失效原因可分为以下几类：
未分配任何URL；
生态系统端点返回404状态码；
返回404或其他与GitHub相关的HTTP状态码；
使用私有或未知的内容管理系统（Content Management System, CMS）；
将GitLab或BitBucket作为内容管理系统；
CMS URL格式非法。
