Combined $95\%$ confidence level expected and observed upper limits on the product of the $\mathrm{Z'}$ cross section and the branching fraction for a $\mathrm{Z'}$ boson decaying to WW, as a function of $\mathrm{Z'}$ mass and assuming g_(1,2) = 1 and $k_V = 0.75.$
