2C embryos were generated from Kdm1a FL/Fl Zp3Cre females mated to wild type males for RNA-seq analysis using the Nugen Ovation RNA-seq system V2 3 replicates of maternal Kdm1a mutant 2C embryos were collected for RNA-seq , compared to wt 2C embryos and wt oocyte samples from Macfarlan TS et al, Nature 2012 (GEO accession GSE33923)
本研究通过将Kdm1a FL/FL Zp3Cre雌性小鼠与野生型雄性小鼠交配获得2-细胞胚胎（2-cell embryo），并采用Nugen Ovation RNA-seq系统V2开展RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析。我们收集了3份母源Kdm1a突变型2-细胞胚胎用于RNA测序，并将其测序结果与野生型2-细胞胚胎以及Macfarlan TS等2012年发表于《Nature》的野生型卵母细胞样本（GEO数据库登录号：GSE33923）进行比对分析。
