Metagenomic profiling of root-associated microbial communities of Schisandra sphenanthera across different geographic locations

This project investigates root-associated microbial communities of Schisandra sphenanthera following ecological migration across different geographic regions in China. Shotgun metagenomic sequencing was applied to characterize the taxonomic composition and functional potential of microorganisms associated with plant roots. The resulting metagenomic data provide a microbial ecological context for understanding plant adaptation and plant-microbe interactions under contrasting environmental conditions.
