This data layer is updated annually in January, provided that the street objects are managed and updated annually by the competent sector/service. In order to build a delicate pedestrian network, it is also important that the pedestrian can rest on a bench seat every 50 m, 100 m or 150 m (max 2 min walking). These buffers provide an insight into where seats are still needed. According to the 8-80 standard, the 50 m layer is the preferred one.针对街道、广场及绿地内的座椅或户外休憩设施，构建50米、100米、150米缓冲区的地理信息图层（不含由省份而非市政管理的绿地：里维恩霍夫（Rivierenhof）、范莱森苑（Van Leysen Court））。本数据图层每年1月更新，前提是街道相关设施由对应主管部门或服务机构每年开展管理与更新工作。为打造精细化步行网络，行人每50米、100米或150米即可休憩于长椅之上（步行时长不超过2分钟）的配置标准至关重要。此类缓冲区可用于明确仍需增设休憩座椅的点位。根据8-80标准，50米缓冲区图层为首选方案。
