Protected Areas_INS – Nature Park – OGC WFS Interface

The Map Service (WFS Group) presents selected spatial data from the field of conservation of the Saarland.:Nature parks are landscapes shaped by humans. They have experienced many years of use, so they are influenced by human action. The aim of the Natural Park is to reconcile the protection and use of the landscape (“protection by use”). In the area, as it were, sustainable, gentle land use and sustainable recreational tourism should be promoted. In addition, nature parks are to be composed mainly of nature conservation or landscape conservation areas and have a wide variety of species and biotopes.
