The ID of this project in Genentech''s ExpressionPlot database is PRJ0011148 Overall design: RNA sequencing from primary DRG neurons grown for 4 days in vitro and deprived of NGF for 4.5 h in the presence of DMSO, DLKi 400 nM or ISRIB 400 nM. NGF with DMSO was used as control.
