Leading importing countries of finished steel from the European Union 2023

In the first eight months of 2023, the United Kingdom was the European Union's largest trade partner for finished steel products, with on average 215,000 metric tons of finished steel imports per month. The UK is followed by Turkey, which imported a monthly average of 197,000 metric tons of steel products that same period. Over this period, Norway imported the least from the EU, with some 28,000 metric tons of steel products.
