Achieving CD8+ T cell-dependent lethality by targeting cancer USP14 in HCC [scRNA-seq]

We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the diversity of PD-1 therapy responsive and resistant patients samples. Overall design: We generated scRNA-seq profiles for primary tumors from patients with treatment-naïve HCC. The fresh biopsies, which were collected during ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration, were rapidly digested into single-cell suspensions and analyzed by droplet-based single-cell transcriptome profiles (10× Genomics system)
