FRM Target Areas

Flood Risk Management Target Areas (FRM TA's) are a geographical dataset that identifies areas which are the focus of targeted flood risk management objectives and actions, as identified in Scotland’s National Flood Risk Management Plans 2021. FRM TA's are located within Potentially Vulnerable Areas (PVA's) which are a broader unit of management, though in some case the FRM TA can comprise an entire PVA. The actions and objectives of each FRM TA are identified in the Flood Risk Management (FRM) Plans.These 444 areas are reviewed and updated throughout the FRM cycle, our latest amendments were made on 22 December 2021.洪水风险管理目标区域（Flood Risk Management Target Areas，缩写FRM TA）是一类地理空间数据集，用于标识苏格兰2021年《国家洪水风险管理计划》中明确的、作为针对性洪水风险管理目标与实施行动核心聚焦的区域。FRM TA均隶属于范围更广的管理单元——潜在脆弱区域（Potentially Vulnerable Areas，缩写PVA），不过部分FRM TA可涵盖完整的PVA。各FRM TA的具体行动与目标均在《洪水风险管理（FRM）计划》中予以明确。该数据集共涵盖444个此类区域，其将在洪水风险管理周期内接受定期审查与更新，最近一次修订工作于2021年12月22日完成。
