B-Plan 6-169 Development plan with local building codes Wiesneckstraße (INSPIRE)

Inspired-compliant development plan of the city of Freiburg im Breisgau. Development Plan 6-169 entered into force on 11.2.2022. A development plan contains the legally binding fixings for the urban planning order and is the central element of building management planning. The building community regulates where, what and how to build. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The data is available in the INSPIRE-PLU data model and is available via OGC:WMS and predefined ATOM.符合《空间信息研究与创新框架》（INSPIRE）要求的布赖斯高地区弗赖堡市开发规划。 编号为6-169的开发规划于2022年2月11日正式生效。 开发规划包含针对城市规划秩序的具有法律约束力的规制条款，是建筑管理规划的核心组成部分。该规划明确了建设活动的选址、建设内容与实施方式。原则上，开发规划需以土地利用规划（PLU）为基础编制。 本数据集采用《空间信息研究与创新框架》（INSPIRE）土地利用规划（PLU）数据模型，可通过开放地理空间信息联盟（OGC）网络地图服务（WMS）以及预定义的ATOM格式接口获取。
