Observing network dynamics through sentinel nodes

This repository holds simulation and analysis data for the manuscript, "Observing network dynamics through sentinel nodes". The computer code for this project is maintained at https://github.com/ngmaclaren/observe. To use the data located here, on Zenodo, with the code located on GitHub, place and extract the tar files and check5.rds in ./observe/data and the remaining files in ./observe/analysis. Note that networks.tar contains empirical networks originally published elsewhere; these networks are available at https://networks.skewed.de/ or from the original sources.
