This dataset depicts the average protein paste consumption and sucrose consumption measured in mg/bee/day of each of the treatment groups in each replicate performed. The order refers to the treatment group. Order A is a 3 - day - old honey bee without exposure to queen mandibular pheromone. Order B is a 3 - day - old honey bee with exposure to queen mandibular pheromone. Order C is a 8 - day - old honey bee without exposure to queen mandibular pheromone. Order D is a 8 - day - old honey bee with exposure to queen mandibular pheromone.
