Research data supporting "Self-drainage of viscous liquids in vertical and inclined pipes"

An Excel spreadsheet containing the data presented in the Figures in the publication. The data were collected in experiments where the rate of discharge of viscous liquids (honey and two varieties of Marmite spread material) from an initially full tube was measured over time. The tube material (glass or Perspex), length, diameter, and angle of orientation to the vertical, were varied in the tests.
