Gallbladder cancer is a rare but highly malignant cancer. We performed the transcriptional profile sequencing to figure out the potential mechanisms, which might significantly affect gallbladder cancer progression. 10 cases of gallbladder cancer tumorous tissue samples with matched normal tissue were obtained from surgery and perform next-generation sequencing.
