Transcriptomic data to assess hexavalent chromium mode of action in mice and rats [rat]

In order to evaluate the mechanisms underlying hexavalent chromium (Cr(VI)) responses, mice and rats were treated with varying concentrations of Cr(VI) in drinking water, as sodium dichromate dihydrate (SDD). Potential transcriptomic responses were evaluated through microarray analysis.为探究六价铬（hexavalent chromium, Cr(VI)）应答的潜在分子机制，本研究以小鼠和大鼠为实验对象，通过饮用水给予不同浓度的六价铬，该六价铬以二水合重铬酸钠（sodium dichromate dihydrate, SDD）的形式添加；随后通过微阵列分析（microarray analysis）对潜在的转录组应答情况进行了评估。
