Gd-BOPTA–Enhanced Abdominal MRI Dataset with Hepatobiliary-Phase Imaging

This dataset provides a comprehensive description of hepatobiliary-phase Gd-BOPTA–enhanced abdominal MRI examinations, with detailed statistical characterization of the 2024 cohort. The dataset includes three-dimensional hepatobiliary-phase MRI along with associated clinical, etiologic, and histopathologic annotations. De-identified metadata, summary statistics, and documentation are publicly available via Zenodo. Due to the large data volume and institutional data-sharing policies, the full imaging dataset is not directly downloadable. Access to the imaging data can be obtained upon reasonable request to the corresponding authors, subject to institutional approval and data use agreements.
