NIH t3t cells as declared in ih-ev-27 will mapped at 10keV to determine the distribution of Zn. Samples are chemically fixed and prepared as 500nm thick resin embedded and mounted on Si3N4 windows Alfalfa plants non GMO, as used in EV-419. Leaves embedded in epoxy resin and sectioned at 10 um thick. Alfalfa plants obtained from agricultural fields.
