CBN砂轮以其优良的性能在磨削中起着重要的作用具有高硬度、耐高温、不与铁元素反应等性能。 但CBN砂轮在使用过程中不可避免地出现磨损或堵塞加工,导致磨削力和磨削温度的增加,颤振和热损伤,从而影响工件的表面质量。因此,砂轮形貌在磨削过程中是非常重要的必须定期修整。本工作提出了金刚石滚轮超声振动修整技术,分析了不同修整方法、修整参数和声学的影响,研究了砂轮表面形貌参数及凸出高度,结果表明,与常规敷料方法相比,超声振动修整提高了磨料颗粒凸出高度。
CBN grinding wheels play a crucial role in grinding processes due to their excellent properties, including high hardness, high temperature resistance, and no reaction with iron elements. However, unavoidable wear or clogging occurs during the service of CBN grinding wheels, leading to increased grinding force and grinding temperature, chatter and thermal damage, thereby deteriorating the surface quality of workpieces. Therefore, wheel topography is of great significance during the grinding process, and regular dressing is mandatory. This work proposes an ultrasonic vibration dressing technology using diamond rollers, analyzes the effects of different dressing methods, dressing parameters and acoustic factors, and investigates the surface topography parameters and protrusion heights of the grinding wheel. The results show that compared with conventional dressing methods, ultrasonic vibration dressing improves the protrusion height of abrasive grains.
