This dataset contains Madden's Adjudicative Decision Readability Score (MADRS) results for 1621 Canadian court or administrative tribunal decisions that were released in 2022. Each decision (line) contains the MADRS result, a filename (that includes the citation to the case), and other metadata about the case (court level, jurisdiction, legal subject area, judge name, judge gender, opinion type, number of judges agreeing with the opinion, and percentage of judges agreeing with the opinion). It also provides a breakdown of scores for each of the 6 component variables that contribute to the MADRS readability formula.本数据集收录了2022年发布的1621份加拿大法院或行政裁判庭判决的马登判决可读性评分（Madden's Adjudicative Decision Readability Score, MADRS）结果。每份判决对应数据集中的一行，包含MADRS评分结果、包含案件援引信息的文件名，以及案件的相关元数据，具体包括法院层级、管辖区域、法律学科领域、主审法官姓名、法官性别、裁判意见类型、同意该意见的法官人数及同意占比。此外，数据集还提供了构成MADRS可读性计算公式的6个分项变量的评分细分结果。
