Data and Source Code for: Phase-retrieval algorithm for Coherent Diffraction Imaging

This repository serves as supplementary material to the bachelor's thesis 'Phase-retrieval algorithm for Coherent Diffraction Imaging' (Czech Technical University in Prague, 2026). The dataset contains raw diffraction patterns and processed High-Dynamic-Range (HDR) composites captured with oversampling ratios of approximately 7, 10, and 12. It also includes a Python toolkit for plane-wave Coherent Diffraction Imaging (CDI). The toolkit provides various functions, most notably an iterative phase-reconstruction loop that combines the Error Reduction (ER), Hybrid Input-Output (HIO), and shrink-wrap algorithms. A demonstration script showcasing how to apply these tools is also included.
