Effect of the combination of both TLRnlig-Pp3 in the Treg-cell percentages and IL-10 production in allergic patients and tolerant controls

Data observed a decrease of Treg percentages as well as the IL-10 production in response to the combination of TLR7lig-Pp3 plus TLR4lig-Pp3 compared to each TLRnlig-Pp3 in allergic patients

观测结果显示，在变应性患者中，与单独使用每种TLRnlig-Pp3相比，经TLR7lig-Pp3联合TLR4lig-Pp3刺激后，调节性T细胞（Treg）的占比以及白细胞介素10（IL-10）的分泌水平均出现下降。
