包括盐城国家级珍禽自然保护区核心区内芦苇湿地和大丰麋鹿国家级自然保护区第三核心区内互花米草湿地与盐地碱蓬湿地围垦和不围垦样地土壤(0-30cm土层,分3层)的含水量、容重、pH、电导率、氧化还原电位,和土壤总有机碳、各种有机组分碳储量、总氮、各形态氮、微生物碳氮含量,以及氮硝化、氮氨化速率;芦苇、盐地碱蓬、互花米草根、茎、叶、枯落物的生物量和C、N、P含量和碳氮储量数据。

This dataset covers soil samples collected from reed wetlands in the core zone of Yancheng National Nature Reserve for Rare Birds, as well as Spartina alterniflora and Suaeda salsa wetlands in the third core zone of Dafeng Elk National Nature Reserve. All sampling plots are either reclaimed or non-reclaimed. Soil samples were taken from the 0–30 cm soil layer divided into three sub-layers. Measured soil parameters include soil water content, bulk density, pH value, electrical conductivity, redox potential, total organic carbon, carbon storage of various soil organic components, total nitrogen, nitrogen in different forms, microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen contents, as well as nitrogen nitrification and ammonification rates. In addition, the dataset includes biomass, C, N, P contents and carbon-nitrogen storage data of roots, stems, leaves and litters of three plant species: Phragmites australis, Suaeda salsa and Spartina alterniflora.
