In Bangladesh, early mental health help-seeking among women remains critically low due to a complex interplay of stigma, lack of awareness, social norms, and limited access to gender-sensitive mental health services. Women often delay or avoid seeking care altogether, fearing judgment or misunderstanding from both family and healthcare providers. Addressing these barriers requires culturally informed interventions that promote mental health literacy, challenge stigma, and strengthen community-based support systems tailored to women's unique socio-cultural realities. Early intervention is not just about treatment—it's about empowerment, dignity, and breaking the silence.These files are the datasets that we used for analysis

在孟加拉国，受污名化、认知匮乏、社会规范约束以及性别敏感型精神卫生服务可及性不足等多重复杂因素的交互影响，女性群体早期寻求精神卫生帮助的比例仍处于极低水平。女性往往会推迟甚至完全回避寻求诊疗，她们担忧会遭到家庭与医疗服务提供者的评判与误解。破解此类障碍，需要制定兼具文化适配性的干预方案，以提升精神卫生素养、破除污名观念，并针对女性独特的社会文化现实强化社区支持体系。早期精神卫生干预不仅关乎治疗，更关乎赋权、尊严维护与打破沉默。本批文件即为本次分析所使用的数据集。
