智慧安防社区整体解决方案

本方案以“安全、治理、惠民”为建设目标。依照相关国家政策规范，从“公共安全”、“社区治理”、“民生服务”三个维度出发，做到信息掌握到位、矛盾化解到位、治安防控到位、便民服务到位。通过人员、车辆、环境等物联感知系统，建立起“人防部署到位、物防设施完善、技术手段先进、应急处置高效”的集管理、防范、控制于一体的社区安防保障体系，对各类事件做 到预知、预判、预防、预警和有效处置，同时，通过智慧安防社区平台汇聚整合各类物联感知信息资源，建立跨区域共享服务平台，解决社区信息采集单一、无法实时与上级部门共享数据等问 题，实现更精细的社会治理。

This initiative takes "Security, Governance, and People-centric Services" as its core construction objectives. In compliance with relevant national policies and regulatory norms, it proceeds from three dimensions: public security, community governance, and people's livelihood services, and aims to achieve full information mastery, proper conflict resolution, effective public security prevention and control, and well-implemented convenient people-oriented services. Through IoT-based perception systems covering personnel, vehicles, environment and other scenarios, this initiative will establish a community security guarantee system integrating management, prevention and control, which features well-deployed manual defense, complete physical defense facilities, advanced technical means and efficient emergency response. This system enables proactive awareness, advance prediction, proactive prevention, early warning and effective handling of various types of incidents. Meanwhile, by aggregating and integrating various IoT-based perception information resources through the smart community security platform, a cross-regional shared service platform will be built to address issues such as single-channel community information collection and the inability to share data with superior authorities in real time, thereby achieving more refined social governance.
